One Night, She Thinks of the Dawn

Although, graduate student “She” is delighted about her husband’s posting to work in New York and is looking forward to living abroad, she receives an informal offer from a company she had been longing to join. After much contemplation, she declares she will stay behind in Japan, much to the exasperation of her husband.
