Beginning of the century. In a train, a young woman who comes to Paris as a nurse. In front of her, a young man who also wants to join the capital as a mason. Soon the lady complains of discomfort and pain, she has not given breast since yesterday. Finally, the man proposes to help her pour out her overflow of milk.
