Wasteland Justice

In a post-apocalyptic world there are no rules, no law, just terror--and his name is Tarnak. When Jenna has a run in with Tarnak and his cronies her husband gets killed and Tarnak ends up leaving with Jenna's sister. Fueled by hatred and the will to get her sister back, she teams up with Matrix, a bounty hunter looking for Tarnak for his own agenda.
